British electronic duo Autechre have announced a surprise double A-side 12-inch single due for release on non-profit label Touched Records.
The two tracks were previously released between 2014 and 2016 but this will be the first time that ‘spl47′ and ‘JNSN CODE GL16‘ will be pressed on vinyl, sharing a release. A digital format for streaming and downloading will also be made available.
The record is released with the intention to raise money for UK Charity Macmillan Cancer Support. Mastered by Matt Colton at Alchemy Mastering and featuring artwork by Grid Pattern, Touched has pledged all proceeds from the LP to the charity.
