Report estimates electronic music market will be worth over $24 billion by 2032

According to a report by market research and statistical reports centre WiseGuy Reports, the electronic music market is projected to be worth roughly $24.5 billion by 2032. 

In 2024, the electronic music market had an estimated worth at $12.02 billion, and according to WiseGuy’s findings it will double by 2032. This staggering report found that house music holds the most market value at $3.5 billion, while techno is at $2.5 billion, drum and bass and trance are both worth $2.3 billion, and dubstep is sits at $1.4 billion. 

The report cited streaming services as a major key player in these findings. Apple Music, Spotify and SoundCloud have played pivotal roles in the growth of electronic music in recent years, as well as the rapid rise of electronic music in other formats like video games.
