The arrival of this new 23‑minute double‑single marks another achievement in the legacy of one of electronic music’s most influential producers, who boasts Mercury Prize recognition, a devoted fanbase, and a string of critically-acclaimed EPs stretching back nearly two decades.
William Emmanuel Bevan emerged from South London in the mid‑2000s, signing to Hyperdub in 2005. His breakthrough came with albums that blended UK garage, dubstep, ambient, and 2‑step into deeply atmospheric soundscapes shaped with crackling samples, pitch‑shifted vocals, and fragile, emotive breakbeats.
