The soundtrack for the video game Quake, scored by Trent Reznor is being pressed to vinyl.
The 11 track score will be reissued as part of a release campaign for Nine Inch Nails material. Composing the soundtrack as well as the game’s sound effects, Reznor scored Quake following the release of Nine Inch Nails’ acclaimed second album, The Downward Spiral, in 1994.
The news was announced on on the Nine Inch Nail’s website last week. There is currently no information on when the release will take place, but it will surely come as good news to diehard NIN fans, as the soundtrack has garnered a cult following since its 1996 release.
