Radiohead have announced opening acts for their upcoming tour.
The Italian leg of the tour will be opened by James Blake, booked to open the band’s dates in Florence and Milan on June 14th and 16th. Blake released his third album, The Colour In Anything, last year.
The Manchester gigs on July 4th and 5th will be supported by Oliver Coates, a classical cellist and composer who featured on Radiohead’s most recent studio album. He has also worked with Mica Levi on last year’s Remain Calm.
Junun, a collaborative project between Radiohead’s guitarist Jonny Greenwood, Israeli Singer Shye Ben Tzur and the Rajasthan Express, will open the Stockholm, Dublin and Oslo dates.
