British singer-songwriter Nilüfer Yanya’s My Method Actor Remix EP dropped on November 22nd via Ninja Tune. The EP reimagines tracks from her 2023 album PAINLESS, showcasing a fresh range of sounds and interpretations from an exciting selection of artists.
One of the standout tracks from the EP is ‘Just a Western (Boy Harsher Remix)’ which was released ahead of the full EP. The darkwave duo Boy Harsher, known for their atmospheric and synth-driven style, put their signature touch on the song, transforming it into a haunting, hypnotic version that stays true to the track’s moody undertones while adding a new, pulsating energy.
