Japanese artist Toyomu imagines ‘The Life of Pablo’ without hearing the original

Japanese producer Toyomu isn’t a household name by any means, but perhaps he might be, considering he’s going to be most closely aligned to a different artist that is much more commonly known- Kanye West.

The Life of Pablo debuted earlier this year ‘exclusively’ through TIDAL, an online streaming service. While that served as a good enough opportunity for those in the US to sign up for their 30-day free trial (and for everyone else to illegally download the project), there were those that opted to take the long way around and basically recreate the project based on Rap Genius lyrics and WhoSampled’s information on each track’s samples… actually, there was only one person who has done that so far, but the result is an interesting mesh of sounds that bring a whole new, and much appreciated light, to the madness that was The Life of Pablo.

According to the Bandcam page, he still has yet to listen to the original.
