Pinch and Mumdance go B2B and present their first mix CD that’s guaranteed to deliver a solid hour guaranteed to induce auditory whiplash.
The pair have procured a great selection of tracks, featuring Ziro’s incredible remix of El-B and A Made Up Sound’s remix of Asusu’s “Velez.” A lot of the tracks have unconventional drum patterns and knowing the transitions can be tricky, however that’s the fun of this album, you don’t know what’s coming in where and when. It’s a bombardment of percussion with very little breaks in between.
Skipping between Dubstep’s countless offspring the pair have created a style of their own, one that’s adventurous and delightfully dark.
