Ticketmaster has become the first music industry partner for Meta’s new Muse AI agent, bringing live event discovery into the company’s newly launched personalised assistant. The partnership allows Muse users to discover concerts and other live events based on their interests, preferences and plans.

Ticketmaster is an optional “connector” in Muse. Once activated, the AI surfaces relevant concerts, sports, and live experiences, showing real-time event details, seating, and prices. Users are then redirected to Ticketmaster’s marketplace to complete their purchase, as Muse cannot buy tickets autonomously. The feature is available in English to US users across web, iOS, and Android.

For artists and promoters, the partnership offers a new path to audiences, with eligible Ticketmaster events appearing in Muse’s results at no extra cost. This builds on Ticketmaster’s strategy to expand event discovery across AI platforms, including Google Gemini, Anthropic’s Claude, OpenAI’s ChatGPT, and Amazon Alexa+.

Launched on 8 September, Muse performs tasks across services like email, calendars, shopping, and travel to pursue user goals. This integration signals a shift in concert discovery, allowing AI agents to proactively recommend live shows based on fan interests rather than relying on manual searches. Consequently, competing for ticket sales may soon start well before fans actively search for events.
