The UK has some of the most incredible singers to come out into the music world, but there is one in particular that has caught our eye recently. Espa has been working with some of the underground’s most exciting, including some extensive work with Erick Ark Elliot of Flatbush Zombies fame, and remixes from the likes of Ta-Ku. She’s been crafting R&B music for people who can appreciate left of center decisions, and she’s become one of the most interesting artists to pay attention to, with an extra dash of serious potential for mainstream fame as well.
This time around, we see her work with Bonkaz, crafting together yet again dreamy sensations with unique, left of center choices. Espa always carefully manages to intertwine the sounds of the underground with rhythm that has the potential for radio airwaves, and this is another massive win for the rising star.
Espa will be performing March 9th at London’s Hoxton Bar and Kitchen. Details and tickets can be found here.
