The flagship documentary by Resident Advisor is an interesting investigation into what some would consider the world’s biggest and most diverse dance music scene.
Directed and edited by Patrick Nation, the documentary examines the challenges surrounding club closures, widespread police constraint on venues, the impending threats of gentrification and other challenges faced by artists, promoters and venue owners.
The Real Scenes series also explores the musical, cultural and creative climate within electronic music’s key destinations, including Los Angeles, New York, Mexico and Bristol.
