Porter Robinson is revisiting his 2024 album SMILE! 😀 with a forthcoming remix album, SMILE! 😀 plus+, bringing together a diverse selection of artists to rework material from the acclaimed release.
The project is set to feature contributions from Frost Children, G Jones, Ninajirachi, underscores, Hatsune Miku & Jamie Paige, Nitepunk, Joey Valence and DJ Not Porter Robinson, among others. A release date and full tracklist have yet to be announced.
The first preview of the project has already arrived in the form of a new version of ‘Perfect Pinterest Garden’, which sees Australian producer Ninajirachi and US artist underscores put their own spin on the track.
This announcement comes on the heels of a active stretch for Robinson, who recently released ‘WannaCry’, another collaboration with Ninajirachi. He also joined Skrillex for a performance at the producer’s Gas Works Day Party in Seattle, alongside artists including Nick Leon, underscores and Dylan Brady.
