LCD Soundsystem are returning to New York City for their annual residency, announcing 12 shows across Queens and Brooklyn throughout November and December 2026.
The James Murphy-led band starts with four shows at Knockdown Centre in Queens (Nov 19–22), four at Brooklyn Steel (Nov 30–Dec 3), and four more at Knockdown Center (Dec 10–13). Continuing a tradition begun in 2017, the Nov 30 Brooklyn Steel show marks the residency’s 100th performance, with 100% of ticket proceeds going to a charity to be named later.
The 2026 Bowery Presents-produced residency will feature rotating live openers and guest DJ afterparties. Serving as an alternative to traditional touring, the annual New York residency was also adapted internationally with an eight-show run at London’s O2 Academy Brixton in June 2025.
While LCD Soundsystem has not announced a follow-up to 2017’s American Dream, performance and music releases continue through its circle of collaborators. Guitarist Al Doyle announced his debut solo album Hollywood Saviour and single ‘Hard Times in America’ via DFA Records. Tickets for the 12 residency dates go on general sale Friday, Oct. 9 at 10 a.m. ET, with American Express and fan presales starting Oct. 6 and Oct. 7.
