Fred again.. has offered fans an intimate look at the making of his ambitious USB002 tour with the release of a new documentary, Behind The Sound. The 20-minute film is now available to watch online and follows the producer and his team during the lead-up to the final stop of the tour in Mexico City.
Created by Mexico-based filmmaker and YouTuber Gawx, the documentary chronicles the 21-date tour across 10 cities, culminating in a performance at Expo Santa Fe on 12 December 2025. Rather than focusing solely on the live show, Behind The Sound captures the quieter moments behind the production, including the crew’s arrival in the city, preparations backstage and Fred’s interactions with the team that helped bring the tour to life.
The release continues Fred again..’s ongoing effort to document the USB002 era. In recent months, he has shared a 40-minute fly-on-the-wall film directed by Derrick Gee, uploaded every performance from the tour as a single 108-hour YouTube video, and made a public Dropbox folder containing creative assets, visuals and production files from the project.
