London nightclub and cultural institution fabric has announced a new four-year partnership with St Paul’s Cathedral, establishing the club as the historic landmark’s exclusive partner for contemporary music events through to 2030.
The four-year series involves fabric curating live performances in the Grade I-listed cathedral across diverse genres. The first event is set for 29 October 2026 with details pending. The partnership follows fabric’s previous events at St Paul’s featuring electronic artist RY X in 2024 and Patti Smith in 2025, which highlighted the space’s acoustic and architectural potential.
According to fabric, the upcoming series will use St Paul’s scale, acoustics, and architectural heritage to shape each custom performance. Co-founder Cameron Leslie expressed excitement about bringing people together through music in the cathedral over the next four years, calling it an extraordinary combination of two distinct parts of London that builds on fabric’s previous events there.
For St Paul’s, the partnership aims to engage new audiences through culture and the arts. Sandra Lynes Timbrell, Director of Visitor Engagement, noted it brings world-class talent to the cathedral.
