It’s been a long time making, but we’re finally going to see Don Cheadle in his directorial debut with his passion project Miles Ahead. The film recently premiered at the 2015 New York Film Festival and will be available for the public on April 1st.
The non-linear storyline sees Ewan Mcgregor and Don Cheadle during a tumltuous time of Davis’ life in 1979, with a look at both the present (in which his record has been stolen), and a look at the musician’s life before he stopped playing music for 5 years.
