German electronic duo Âme have announced their new studio album, Love Is The Dance, a 13-track project set to arrive on 6 November 2026 via Innervisions. The record marks a significant milestone for Frank Wiedemann and Kristian Beyer, arriving as the duo reflect on two decades of production and their enduring relationship with the dancefloor.
The album blends club production with electronic pop, acoustic elements, field recordings, and vocal songwriting, reflecting influences from Detroit’s Underground Resistance to Compass Point Studios.
The album features collaborators like RY X, Trikk, Henrik Schwarz, Busiswa, Meredi, Curses, Rhye, and Karyyn, adding vocal, instrumental, and cultural elements to Âme’s melodic house and techno sound. Released tracks include ‘Don’t Waste My Time’ (with Trikk and Jens Kuross), ‘Pha Na Pha’ (with Busiswa), ‘Shadow Of Love’ (with Curses), ‘Asa’, and March’s title track ‘Love Is The Dance’ featuring RY X’s atmospheric vocals.
The title track evolved through subsequent reworks, including a September Innervisions release by Italian producer Ivory that paired RY X’s vocals and central chords with rolling rhythms, heavier textures, and club momentum.
