Berlin-based artist Sibb has unveiled the music video for ‘Glee’, the third and final visual instalment from his debut EP Delusion, released through Embassy of Music. The release arrives following a significant period of growth for the Bremen-based artist, who has spent the last two years building a reputation as an engaging live performer across Germany. Sibb has appeared at major stages including Fusion Festival, Kantine am Berghain, Kampnagel Hamburg and Schwankhalle Bremen, with his performance at Nürnberg Pop Festival leading to his partnership with Embassy of Music.

Originally coming from an engineering background, Sibb later shifted his focus fully towards music after mentorship from Trinidadian jazz musician Vaughnnette Bigford. Adopting the name Sibb, short for “simple black boy”, he has developed an artistic identity where visual storytelling and music are closely intertwined.

Premiering on 15 June, the cinematic visual for  ‘Glee’ closes the narrative arc that began with previous singles ‘Mine’ and ‘Alright’, bringing the project’s story to its dramatic conclusion. Positioned as the centrepiece of Act II – Hypersexuality, the track explores a character consumed by the pursuit of pleasure, deliberately ignoring the consequences of their actions in exchange for temporary bliss. Through this narrative, Sibb critiques the emotional detachment and lack of empathy that can emerge through hypersexual behaviour.

Sibb explained that ‘Glee’ represents “pure delusion,” featuring a protagonist dancing through a self-made fantasy. Drawing inspiration from the high-energy aesthetics of Donna Summer, Whitney Houston, and Sylvester, Sibb created a vibrant hallucination that blends reality and fiction. Alongside ‘Mine,’ he views ‘Glee’ as the narrative climax of Delusion, challenging viewers’ perceptions of emotion and reality.
