Back in May, British pop sensation PinkPantheress dropped her acclaimed mixtape Fancy That — one of the year’s standout pop releases. Now, she’s back with an electrifying follow-up: Fancy Some More?, a massive 22-track remix edition packed with high-profile collaborators across pop, dance, and electronic music.
Announced only last week, Fancy Some More? expands on Fancy That with a dizzying list of 23 featured artists, including Oklou, Bladee, Kylie Minogue, Kaytranada, Jade, Basement Jaxx, Ravyn Lenae, Nia Archives, and Loukeman, among others. The project arrived on Friday October 10th via Warner Records, following a cheeky teaser video posted to X where PinkPantheress’ animated alter-ego coyly asks fans if they’d “fancy some more.”
Rather than a straightforward track-by-track remix, Fancy Some More? plays like two parallel reimaginings of the original mixtape. One half leans pop-forward spotlighting contributions from Anitta, SEVENTEEN, Oklou, Jade, Yves, JT, Sugababes, Kylie Minogue, Bladee, Zara Larsson, Ravyn Lenae, and Rachel Chinouriri. The other half dives deep into dance and electronic territory, featuring Nia Archives, Kaytranada, Basement Jaxx, Hot Chip’s Joe Goddard, DJ Caio Prince, Mochakk, Loukeman, Leod, Sega Bodega, Groove Armada, and Kilimanjaro.
Among the highlights are three distinct remixes of her viral hit ‘Illegal’ — one each with Anitta, SEVENTEEN, and Nia Archives — plus two new takes on ‘Stateside’, featuring Bladee and Kylie Minogue.
PinkPantheress’ momentum shows no signs of slowing: following Fancy Some More?, she’s set to launch her An Evening With PinkPantheress North American tour later this month.
Fancy Some More? is out now on all major streaming platforms.
