Alt-indie powerhouse Analise shared her new single ‘Forever’ on 22 November via LABEL NAME. The North Hampshire-based emerging lyricist and vocalist made waves with her debut EP Oshibana released in 2022, which received praise from Wonderland Magazine who also described the EP as an exploration of young love’s “mine field”.
Her previously released single ‘Delicate’ received support from acclaimed tastemaker publications CLASH Magazine and Fashionably Early. The single was accompanied by a hypnotic self-directed music video posted on her official YouTube channel.
‘Forever’ sees Analise dive into her boundless emotional depths to tell a tale of what it actually takes to let go and move on. The track is gentle and comforting, fuelled with raw, unfiltered transparency and vulnerability. Her remarkable voice glides over the gentle, yet captivating guitar-driven melody creating a meditative effect with subtle electronic music effects. The song builds up to a climatic bridge, with the melody switching up towards the end, creating a sense of unease. Speaking on the track Analise shares; “the courage it takes to let go, even when it means facing the fear of being alone. It’s a reflection on choosing your own path and the bittersweet strength of walking away to protect your dreams.”
