Electronic artist, composer and Brainfeeder label-head Flying Lotus has scored yet another film, Perfect, scheduled to premiere at SXSW Festival in Austin, TX in March.
Directed by Eddie Alcazar (Brainfeeder Films) and presented by award-winning filmmaker Steven Soderbergh, Perfect tells the story of “a boy in a cold and stark modern house who is seduced by advertisements of perfection to install implantable characteristics directly into his body,” according to SXSW’s website. Steven Ellison aka Flying Lotus will handle composer duties, while the cast will include the likes of Garrett Wareing, Courtney Eaton and Tao Okamoto.
