Birmingham venue Crane to open in September

The team behind Rainbow Venues is currently revamping what used to be an industrial facility in order to open a multipurpose space in Birmingham later in September.

Located in Digbeth, the spot will be dubbed CRANE, named after the large crane that extends over the building. CRANE will be hosting  a number of club nights, markets, street food gatherings, as well as theatre, art exhibitions and product launches.

Their launch party is due to take place Friday, 29 September and among the acts confirmed are Steve Lawler, Richy Ahmed and Kölsch.  In the coming weeks, they have also confirmed that Andy C, Midland and Gideön will be performing at the venue.
